Chic Party Rentals provides delivery and pickup throughout Little Rock and surrounding Central Arkansas communities. Delivery fees start at $100 and are based on the event ZIP code and the size of the rental order.The fee includes loading, delivery, ground-level unloading at one accessible location, return pickup, and unloading at our storage facility. Setup, breakdown, stairs, extended carrying distances, additional trips, excessive wait time, and same-day pickup may require additional fees.Please provide the complete event address when requesting availability so we can confirm your delivery charge. Locations outside our standard delivery zones require a custom quote.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment platform. Payment instructions will be included with your invoice.

We recommend booking your rentals at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak event seasons, to ensure availability of the equipment and services you need.

Your reservation is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the required payment is received.

Yes. Chic Party Rentals has a $75 minimum rental order. You may combine eligible rental items to meet the minimum. Rental items are priced individually at the rates shown on our website.Delivery, setup, taxes, refundable security deposits, and other applicable fees are not included in the $75 minimum.

Yes, all equipment, including photo booth props and surfaces, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all guests.
